Jordan Harwell, President
Jordan is currently a Claims Specialist at the Butte Montana Field Office. He has been a member of the Union since 2020 and a Steward since 2021. Jordan is passionate about advocating for employee rights and ensuring their voices are heard. Jordan is grateful for the opportunity to serve as President of Local 4012, and will continue working towards positive improvements to our working conditions.
Brenda Carsten, Executive Vice President
Brenda is a Disability Examiner at the Disability Quality Branch in the Office of Quality Review in Denver. She has been a member of the Union since she started working for Social Security in 2014. Brenda has been active in the Union since 2018 when she became a steward and has honing in her collective bargaining skill set since becoming the Executive Vice President in 2023.
Holly Cragun, Vice President at Large
Holly has been working at the Provo Utah Field Office since September 1999 in various agency positions. She has been a local member for the same amount of time and a Union steward for over 15 years. She is trained as a Health and Safety Officer and has served as a member of the Forums and Space Action Teams. Holly is a passionate advocate for workplace safety and has been dedicated to continuing to grow her skills in her position as VP at Large.
Michelle Lovato, Treasurer
Michelle is currently a T2 Technical Expert in the Pueblo, CO Field Office. She has been a member of the Union since 1999 and a steward since 2020. Michelle is passionate about providing a voice for employees and making sure they are aware of their hard fought for rights. Michelle is grateful for the opportunity to serve as Treasurer for Local 4012 and will work tirelessly and with honestly and conviction in contributing to our mission to serve.
Tracy Sorsby, Secretary
Tracy is a Technical Expert in the Great Falls, Montana, Social Security Office. Tracy has worked in Operations and Central Office. She has been a member of AFGE for 30 years. She has been a steward most recently since 2023. Tracy is eager to represent SSA employees in bargaining, contract simplification and assisting bargaining members in navigating the complexities of laws and regulations that are unique to Federal Employees.
